Questions, answered

What does a CRM development company do?

It designs and builds a customer relationship management system around your sales process: lead capture, pipeline stages, quotes, follow-up reminders, email and WhatsApp, payments and reports. We build it from your process rather than asking you to adapt to a template.

Should we build a custom CRM or use Zoho or HubSpot?

Use a ready-made CRM if your process is fairly standard and you need to start now. Build custom when your workflow has steps no tool supports, per-user pricing is becoming painful, or automation tied to your operations is the main goal. We say so plainly when a ready-made tool is enough.

Can the CRM connect to WhatsApp, email and payments?

Yes. In our Trripah CRM we send branded quote-request emails, log replies, parse supplier quotes with AI and collect payments through Razorpay. We use official APIs for Gmail, WhatsApp and payment gateways.

How long does a custom CRM take to build?

It depends on scope, which we agree in writing before any build starts. We favour a usable first version in weeks, then add features based on how your team actually uses it.

Do you work with businesses outside Bangalore?

Yes. We work with clients across India and worldwide over video calls, WhatsApp and a shared progress board, with a demo at the end of each short sprint.
