What does an AI chatbot development company do?

Which AI model do you use?
We choose per use case. Our Moonlight trip planner runs on Claude Haiku 4.5, with a written persona, destination knowledge loaded only when needed and lead capture at the right moment.
Can the chatbot run on WhatsApp as well as our website?
Yes. We build for the website and for WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, with the same rules and the same lead hand-off.
Will the chatbot make things up or quote wrong prices?
We reduce the risk with approved content, clear rules and hand-off to a person when unsure. Moonlight deliberately never quotes prices. No chatbot is risk-free, so we review real conversations after launch.
Can the chatbot send leads to our CRM?
Yes. Each lead is saved as structured data with a summary of the conversation, assigned to an owner and tracked. We also build the CRM if you do not have one.
